Solar power lightens up post-disaster Fukushima and its children

Minamisoma City in Fukushima prefecture became the victim of the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami. One of many revitalization plans came from Eiju Hangai, who initiated the Minamisoma Solar Agripark project. Mr. Hangai talks with Mr. Niimoto of Toshiba, who supported him in this project. This park was not only about generating power, but also offers children a hands-on-learning experience.
