Minamisoma City in Fukushima prefecture became the victim of the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami. One of many revitalization plans came from Eiju Hangai, who initiated the Minamisoma Solar Agripark project. Mr. Hangai talks with Mr. Niimoto of Toshiba, who supported him in this project.
